What are the attitudes of Spaniards of Central and South America?

  1. Can you specify a bit more? Do you mean in a very general way? About the countries or people from there?

    It's not easy to explain, there are lots of mixed feelings. In general Spaniards feel closer to central and south america than to other foreign countries because of history and language.

    On the other hand recent raise in immigration is making things a bit more tense. Some people blame the immigration from South America (together with immigration from Africa) for the recent raise in crime, raise in unemployment, etc.

    The country makes a big difference too, the stereotypes we have here in Spain change a lot, it's not the same Argentina than Brazil or Ecuador, for example.
