    Neither one appears to reference time lapse videos of the construction.

    Basically any suspension bridge is built by constructing the tall towers while pouring massive concrete anchorages for the cables on the shore.  When both are finished a trolley wire is installed from one end to the other and this wire is used to carry the small wires that make up the cable from one end to the other.   The cables are built up of hundreds of small wires about the size of a pencil which are bound together and covered with protective stuff.   When both cables have been spun, hanger clamps are fastened around them and suspension wires dropped to the deck level.

      Because of the deep truss used for the deck on this bridge, the section were almost certainly built on land, barged to position below the bridge and hoisted into place using secondary cables or cranes on the previously installed deck (I didn't look to see which).  The sections are raised and bolted together and immediately become usable because they are supported by the big cables overhead.  Usually the deck is raised working from the tower out in both directions to keep the load balanced.

      Meanwhile the approach ramps are being built on land.
