How do the clubs work in rome?

Is it bottle service? Do you have to call ahead for vip tables? What are some of the good ones?

In Rome and also in Milan, you have to call the club to book your table and with the table(150 euro/200 euro)you will have 2 bottles of vodka or rum or gin...to make cocktails on your own..
