How do the guys in bands shower, brush their teeth, etc. when on tour driving in a van?

I know sometimes they sleep at someone's house and stuff, but most of the time, dont they just sleep in the van? And where do they take showers and brush their teeth and stuff?

Truck stop...they have showers and bathrooms at the truck stops.

motels, etc. and btw in those vans.... there is usually a bathroom.... but idk... some people dont like hygiene

Most of their vans and buses are fully self contained.
