How do the jaw muscles/ around ear connect in the neck and to the chest?

  1. Your jaw muscles connect to your jaw bone.  The muscles you use to open your jaw are in your upper neck and anchor to the Hyoid Bone, which is just above and behind your Adam's apple.

    There is no relation or connections to your jaw muscles and your chest.
