How do the prices and the quality of recycled products compare with those made from all new materials?

Generally speaking they are the same quality and comparable price range.  The only real exception is when it's marketed as eco-chic for a few extra buckeroonies.

Depends on the product.   Metals are much cheaper to make from recycling old metals but the price for the end customer probably isn't reduced that much while the quality might actually be a little better- been smelted twice.
