  1. Well I'm not for sure what your really asking, but the restraints on this coaster consist of a shoulder harness and a T-Bar restraint.  The shoulder harness is quite comfortable it almost reminds you of a back back which connects with a buckle.  Then the T-Bar is very comfortable and when you lock in the T-Bar it actually has a shin guard to help hold you legs in place.  When you get in the coaster you are sitting upright, once your all locked in it is then lowered and locked into place.  When you roll out of the station you will head up the lift hill head first on your back.

  2. it's like sitting on a regular coaster seat at first and then before it leaves the platform it lays you back and then goes up a hill and twists and drops you. It is the BEST ride i have ridden. It is like 2 minutes long so i suggest going to the bathroom if you have to go before you get on. i rode this ride the week it opened up but we got to the park very early and ran to the ride. we were the 3rd group to get on that day. i dont think you will have a problem on that day though.
