How do the slushie express containers work at Target/Walmart? All it looks like is a cup? Is it cold?

Where do you put the ingredients?

I just purchased one last night at Target and it works great.  You put the syrup, water and ice in the cup, twist on the cap with the blade then put it onto the motor.  We used crushed ice and it was a bit watery so then we used cubed ice and it still worked great.
