how do i my hair like tibbys when shes wearing the yellow dress and she has i think a yellow bandanna. I've tried it but i can't seem to get it right

First, you put the bandanna on your head. then single braid your hair (large braids for large wave, small braids for small waves or crinkles). Then steam your hair for about fifteen minutes. Unbraid. Vuah La a wavy bandanna style.
