How do these Invisalign Buttons come off?

I have a wedding to go to soon, and my ortho REFUSES to take these silly buttons off my teeth, they look ridiculous. I was just wondering how they take them off in the office, and if another ortho could potentially do it for me. He already said they weren't "essential to my case" when the bottom two popped off from the way I chew and he never replaced them. However, even though i am on my last set, he will not take them off. Please help.

THESE BUTTONS MAKE THE ALIGNERS MOVE THE TEETH MORE EFFICIENTLY AND WILL BE REMOVED AT THE END OF TREATMENT.

You can tell him to take them off and he has to because it's your mouth. Just tell him that if he doesn't remove it you will leave the office and switch.

I know that! I /have/ invisalign. But he legally must listen to you, if you want them off then he has to take them off. If your on your last set it isn't going to change anything. Calm down.
