How do they change the breakfast menu to the regular menu at Mcdonalds?

The signs are double sided. There is a button that they can push that flips the menu from breakfast to lunch on both where you order and the drive through.

The Signs are double sided, so when its 10;30am or just before someone just flips them over. They're pretty heavy by the way, lol because I had to flip one the other day!

They use a handle that they turn to change from the breakfast to the regular menu. When you turn it it changes, kind of like a little handle you turn. In the drive through they use the same method but it is controlled from the inside and this one is with the push of a button.

The signs are about 2"-3" thick and are double sided, with the breakfast items being on one side and the lunch/dinner on the other side. To change it, they use a button. Or at the drive thru, I have seen people use a large metal stick and push the sign, to turn it.
