How do they drug test in South Korea?

Question

I am interested in teaching English in Seoul, South Korea sometime. I have been smoking Marijuana for the past few years and I know it will take a lot of work to get it out of my system, but how exactly do they test in Korea? If it is blood or urine, I should do OK. If it is hair...oh no...I have long beautiful hair FULL of drug history. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.

My university tests blood and urine, but nothing with hair.
