how do they shake it like that? round-n'-round so fast and stuff

how!? does that kind of dance have a name? or is there like a video I can watch to learn how to dance like that?

The rapidly shaking hips is actually Tahitian, not hula. It takes a lot of practice but it is more of a rolling action than a shaking action.

Its called "hula dancing".

It takes years of practice and study to get good at it.
