How do they steam the buns for the Southern Style Chicken sandwich at McDonalds?

I worked at McDonalds a LONG time ago, and I vaguely remember them steaming the Fish Filet buns, although maybe I'm just making that up. Any McEmployees who can answer my question?

we put it in a small steamer (it has a tray and handle that you can put the buns in)

they just started steaming the buns a few year back. it's a box that can fit two buns in (tops and bottoms) in and you push the botton and pray like h**l when you go to get them out that you don't get burnt cuz those suckers are hot! i personally think the steamed buns on the southern style chicken sandwich are better then the reagular toasted bun!
