How do those fair rides being transported & assembled?

I'm always amazed that the big and tall fair rides are in fact like a size of tow truck before they're being put together. Anyone knows how to they work? Pictures would be very nice, too. I just can't think of anyway they could fold together into a car, almost like transformer to me.

I think the world would stop riding these rides if we knew how it was done. It alwasy scares me knowing that toothless, ex-cons with no education are incharge of putting rides together that we may be killed on. Go to theme parks, the rides are just as dangerous but some idiot does not take them down and put them up every other week.
