Go to the group's site, click on edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and check leave group Click save changes and you should be out. It may take a day to take effect.

whenever u receive a mail from a particular group, please go the end of the mail, u will find a unsubscribe from this group workdings there, click on that, and u will stop getting further mails. when u click, u will get a confirmatrory mail from that group asking you to reconfirm that u want to leave the group, click on that link again and that will be end of all mails from that group

What do you mean by that?  Do you mean you want to stop being a member of all your Groups?  If so, then log in to the Yahoo Groups web site.  Then go to http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups?o=2&edi... .  Then click each of the check-boxes in the Leave Group column (on the right-hand side of the page).  Don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you're done.

Or do you mean you want to stop receiving all the messages in your e-mail Inbox from your Groups?  If so, then go to the same link as in the first paragraph, but then change each pull-down menu in the Message Delivery column to Special Notices or No Email (whichever you prefer).  Again, don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you're done.
