How do trainers at Seaworld & zoo's get their job?

How do they get into such a cool job? Is there a certification?

you need to be a zooologist i think i would love to work in a zoo or somthing

Experiene is key, but yes, it does require education. Whether it be a degree in biology, zoology, etc.  Check out the website for Cal Poly and look up animal sciences, then go to the zoo and exotic animals section.  On that page, there is a graduate from there that talks about her experiences on becoming a dolphin trainer at Sea World San Diego.

They know the right people... probably but if you don't know the right people I would guess that they have an education in animal science and training.  I would also guess they worked there in the summers or after school cleaning the park and things like that.  Start at the bottom and work your way up, that way you already know the right people.
