you trade about 3 players that dont make a lot of money, trade them all for the player you want and their salaries should be about equal

I think there should be an option to turn off salary cap so you can get any player you want.

Same as always..

Look up who's getting most paid in your team and trade him away. This made sounds weird, but it's true.

After that you'll be having a load of cap space.
