How do u achieve the perfect scene hair w/ out extensions and expensive products?

I'm wondering how DaniGORE, Brookelle Bones, and other scene queens achieve their perfect hair? I know u can use photo-shop but I saw a video on you-tube of Brookelle and her hair looked perfect

uum, if you really want the perfect kindd

i think you're gonna have to cut it yourself

because usually going to hair salon doesn't get you that much

but heres what you do

go to a salon

& ask for lotsof layer & ask for super thin hair

then i suggest you go to a hair salon store

& buy a mcjigger type of comb [ idunno whats it called ] & thin the bottom hair youself more.

then get sissors & cut more layers.

& they make the top teased by usiong a lot of hairspray

you can try to make it look poofy with out teasing it

by

holding your top layer up & brush it up then getr hairsprayy & spray it all over the top layer

you get your hair cut with lots of layers and choppy side bangs and with it shortest in the back and you straighten it and you tease the top layer and put lots of hairspray in it in order for it to stay.
