How do u apply black liquid eyeliner? Or the best way?

along the top of ur lash line :) dont shake while doing it just do it

Pull your eye so it looks like  a chinese persons eye, and then put it on without touching it. It may takes a few times, but it def. works.

Liquid eyeliner is not the best eyeliner. Just get the regular pencil and use that. It donest smear like the liquid

I would suggest using a pen applicator like Almay liquid eyeliners for their eye collections.  After which Pull your eyelid tight and smooth and draw a straight line following your lash line and repeat. for me on my right eye (the 2nd eye) I do the tip first that way it matches the left.

Also, if all else fails try Benefits Eye Cake you use it with a slanted brush and it applies very smooth but it is a cake powder instead of actual liquid.

the best way to put it on is to pull your eye so it is tight and there are no creases in the eyelid. And start wherever you wish your line to start and try not to be shaky! Try to put it on in one smooth motion. After that try not to open your eye for a little bit until it dries and then that way it wont smear.
