How do u battle some1 over wifi if i have their fc and they have my fc in pokemon diamond.?

go to the top(or bottom)floor of the pokemon centre and enter the union room and put in your friends code then they need to do the same and youll meet them

If you haven't already input the friend code in the pal pad.  Go to the basement of any poke center (escalator to the right).  Talk to the receptionists and they'll give you further instruction.

You should look have eachother added to their friend's list, then when you go to the trade cener in the upper floor of any pokmon center, choose to battle over  WFC.

go to the upper floor in any pokecenter and talk to the lady on the far right. select battle and the friend and you can battle.
