If you want to catch a fly, get a jar or a bag, something to close it up real quick.

If you want to keep flies away, get a bag and fill it up with water, then put a penny in it. This is supposed to look like a spiders web with the type of vision the fly has. If you have a big room, make about six of these.

Swing your hand to grab it but aim where he will be when your hand gets there. About two inches above where he is sitting. Then when he is in your hand just suck 'em into your mouth like Bruce and he is caught.
