How do u change speakers in a 1999 ford f350 dually?

i have factory speakers but i just got some kickers that i wanna put in. its 6 x 8.

in the front there are 7mm screws that hold on the door, there are two that arent visible, you will first have to pop off the black triangular piece where the mirror is, and the second is under the red reflector, once all the screws are out the panel lifts up, (thats for the front doors)
