  1. open up your home page and at the top just below the box where you type in web addresses

    it will say

    File     Edit         View          Favorites       TOOLS      Help

    Click tools

    Then that will bring up a drop screen menu

    the very last one on the menu will be indernet optoins click that and then change your web page
