How do u clean dried flour out of a carpet?

Simple vacuum it up, and don't put water onto it, as that will just make things worse, if you don't have a vacuum, then just sweep it up.

Pick up any pieces - then VACUUM - no water !  I can't believe people telling you to use water.

VACUUM dry powders - do not add water !

bakeing soda put on spot dry add water to it fizz and wipe up

scrape off the excess, vacuum. Then use water (small amounts at a  time) and blot dry. Cover the area until completely dry. If that doesn't work i recommend a commercial type carpet cleaner.

I just rented a rug doctor yesterday and it did wonders for my carpet, maybe it would work for you too.
