How do u create a better afl team when only a few of ur players are good ur team lacks passion and aggression?

its a skool team and im a senior so i wont b able to play nxt year but we need to win more games so we can get in the finals weve lost our first 2 but were improving help!

Improving the skills and commitment of the not so good players so they can mould into a team is important.  The good players can work with the nnot so good, to pass on some tips and in time the not so good aren't that bad anymore.

It's tough to create a better team under this circumstance. The best solution, trade for better players and hire a new coach who can motivate the team to play harder and be more aggressive. In most cases, coaches can make or unmake a good player. Just ask Larry Brown, he will know this for sure, after his debacle with the New York Knicks.

To create a better afl team your players need to train hard and the coaches and football community around the club has to make effort to lift the team to help them gain more passion and aggression.

As in most sports, there comes a time when you've got to have a youth movement.  Fresh blood is the best way to transform a team into a mold of your liking.  You will probably be worse in the short term, but it would pay dividends down the road.

Not knowing about the infrastructure of that league, I would just assume there's a draft, ability to trade, etc.  With the draft, you have the most control over who comes aboard your team, so go for the players whose personality you're looking for.  In the meantime, whatever tradable assests you have, put them on the block, preferrably with a team who is one or two experienced players away from making a deep run in the playoffs, and take on either younger players of the type you seek, or get draft picks out of them.  You may even have to take on a troubled player or two, but only if they fit the mold you're trying to create for the team.

If the AFL also has free agency, there's a chance at getting what you're looking for too.
