Cut the red one and the black one then wire it red to black and black to red.

remove the shim in the driver half of the transmission, remove the restrictor plate in the exhaust pipe. There is no electronic wire to undo, that was only the Honda metropolitan.

Then if it is not illegal to "modify a moped" in your state, you will have to have your plate converted to a regular motorcycle plate and you will need to get your endorsement, as Un endorsed riders are only allowed to ride up to 30mph, that is why it was restricted in the first place.
