How do u delete pics and vids off a memory stick pro for your camcorder?

ok well my dad wants me to delete some pics but not all how do i do it and can i do it off the computer?

Insert the memory card in the PC.  It should say memory stick/pro in the insert slot.  The computer should automatically detect a device or say a new hardware has been inserted in the computer.  A box should appear automatically with a list of command to do, scroll to the bottom to select open folder.  If nothing pops up, simply go to My Computer and select one of removable disks.
