How do u disconnect a charter remote from ur tv??

i just connected my charter remote to my tv. and i for got to turn up the sound on the main box, how do i do that. is it possible?

  1. go into the Charter box by pushing the menu on the Charter remote control.  Find the audio or sound in the menu and adjust the volume there.
