How do u do a frontwalkover??

same thing as a backwalkover...except the front haha

its like u do a headstand and then flipover one leg at a tme pretty much

Okay, kick into a handstand, and land onto one foot. As soon as you land on the foot try to stand up. Sounds simple, but is actually kind of hard. The closer you get your feet to your hands the easier it's going to be.
