How do u do one of those "standing splits" (i guess) and hold it like in this video?

  1. not only do your legs have to be extremely flexible, you have to have incredible strength. from what i can see he's doing a tilt leg hold. you can sort of see that he leans to the side, it helps if you lean forward and not collapse your back. like i said your legs need to be really strong and flexible.


  2. Flexibility. Get the splits on the floor first and then if you've got the strength in your thighs it shouldn't be to hard. I've done that before.

  4. Don't get any inspiration from the guy in white-he's execution of his leg extension was baaaad. He was bending both of his legs.

    It requires a lot of flexibility and strength. It took me a couple of months to get it perfect. You want to get splits down and have reasonably good high kicks and developpes from there you can keep on practicing and get it.
