  1. http://www.spinalhealth.net/plyometrics.... has great examples of pylometrics drills you can try. They help you jump higher and help make your faster feet. If you want to play volleyball those are two very important things that will help you succeed.

  2. there are so many drills yo u can do my coach makes us stand on a wall with our side touching and arm up. she makes us jump like 10 times then do the other side it helps for spiking the ball over the net

  3. What my coaches make us do is lots of jump training. Squats, wall touches, jumping over lines (not fun), "dot" drill (VERY not fun), and jumping onto pedastols (sp?) certain ways, like one foot at a time stepping or jumping on & off with both feet and when you land you jump again on the ground. Also jump-roping makes you quick on your feet.

  4. There are alot of excersises you can do to help your verticle.

    1. Find a stair case, position your feet and do a double foot hop from the floor to the first step, repeat up each step till you get to the top, walk down, do it again... depending on the size of the staircase, do this about 5-7 times

    2. Get barbell and some weights, about 10-15lbs each side... stand with your arms extended downwards holding the bar, back straight, knees slightly bent.... jump and as you jump work to bring the weights up to your chest

    3. Jump Rope
