How do u do the restaurant hot sauce? ?

there is this sauce...it is so gooooood..its not hot ..its red..so if u got any idea..can u plz give me the recipe ..im sorry i cant be more detailed ..i would be if i knew how to explain it

    Here is my homemade hotsauce recipe

    3 Red Savina chiles

    1 large clove garlic

    1/4 cup red wine vinegar

    1/4 cup water

    fresh roasted sweet pimento flesh (about 3 square inches)

    salt to taste (maybe about teaspoon?)

    Coarsely chop the chiles and garlic, then combine with all other ingredients in a blender and process until all recognizable bits of chile and garlic disappear.

  5. A common hot sauce here in the States is a bottle mixture. It is pre-made and called hot sauce or red hot sauce. It can be cut  with a butter substitute to make it go further. You can buy a small glass bottle of "red hot" in the spice section of your local supermarket. It does have zip to it! You can make it go further by adding melted butter or olive oil to it and make it have more zing by adding chili powder to it.
