i whiegh 141 and is 5'3 and im tring to get to 160 bls. how can i gain that weight and make it muscle and a little fat.

  1. Eat your body weight in protein.  141lbs=141g of protein.  Work out with heavy weights to increase mass.


  2. Just body-build. Eat more and work out more. Get more protein. Meat and stuff.

  3. Protein and weightlifting. Don't forget cardiovascular too, you need it to have endurance and stay in shape.

  5. workout more, eat more. You don't have to take creatine to get huge . protein and a creatine free supplement are all you need, to go along with working out and eating more.

  7. first eat and get to 160 and than workout like crazy

  8. i was 143 as of october and by april  i was 180. I found hit the gym lots, get on some whey protein and creatine.
