How do u do this to a picture?

How do u get the color into the black and white picture? I've been trying to figure this out, but can't seem to get it. please help

no, some of those don't like like the color was part of the original picture. if you make the picture black and white and then select the area that you want to put the color picture into, you can paste it into there and then edit the size. i do that a lot for some of my pictures.

You have to use a special program such as Corel Paint or Photoshop. Depending on which program you have, there are different ways to go about it. You can use paint a mask over the part you want to keep in color, then inverse the mask and convert that to black and white. Or you could change the whole thing to black and white and use a transparent layer to paint the color on. There are a lot of tutorials on line, like even on YouTube and stuff, and I know Corel actually comes with some interactive tutorials that help you get the hang of the software and all the different tools. this was origionally a color photo most likely, and they just desaturated the areas that they wanted black & white.  easiest way to do this in photoshop... make 2 layers.  one is the whole photo, the second is just the area you want to stay in color (easy with this photo because of the shape).  take the layer with the full image and desaturate the color (in the edit options somewhere). then just make sure the colored layer is on top and there ya go
