you can easily do this all you have to do download a video form anywhere eg limewire, pspiso.com and as long as it is in an mpeg -4 format it should be able to work.

and to download music all you have to do is make sure that it is in an mp3 format. then you can connect your psp to your computer and put your video in the file named "video" and put your music in the file named "music".
