You can download any game from the net using a bit torrent client like uTorrent. First search for the game in Google as shown.

If you want to search for Crysis then search in Google - "Crysis torrent". It will show you a list of web pages from where to download the games torrent. It will be a file of around <500 Kb but don't worry the game will be bigger than this. Next add this to uTorrent and specify a folder where to download the game installation files.

Depending on your speed, the size of the game and on the availability of the game on the ports of other torrent users, the game will download in around 24 hrs to 500 hrs. But you need not stay connected all the time. Torrent picks up from the point where it left off so you may even switch off your computer when you want without risking the loss of the downloaded data. Just visit the website that you want to download the file from and download it.  If the download does not work, it is more likely that it is a server-sided problem than one on your end.

I'm not sure what you mean by "on a cd".  If you are asking how to burn a CD, then you must have a CD burner. If you have a CD burner, then you can burn files from your operating system's file manager.  Since you did not tell us what operating system you have, I cannot give you instructions on how to do this.  If you have Windows XP though, as many users have, you can burn a data CD by dragging the files you want to burn onto the blank CD icon that appears in "My Computer" when you insert a blank disc.  Once you have placed the files there, just click on the "Write these files to CD" option on the left side pane in your Explorer window.
