Ok. So if you get the pet of the month (like for this month it is the panda) and adopt it during that month you get a pet of the month loot bag. When u open the loot bag you have a chance of receiving the wish token. Then u may bring it to the Wish Place and place it in. I hope that this helps! And u can;t get it without getting the pet of the month (POTM)
