How do u evolve an aipom in pokemon pearl?

around lvl 32-33 it learns double hit so u teach it to aipom n it will evolve

To evolve Aipom, you will need to teach it Double hit. if you teach double hit naturally(leveling up) then it'll learn it at level 32 which is quite reasonable. For more information on pokemon, check this site out!

teach it double hit and level it up. so basically lv 32. if u didnt teach i double hit get a heart scale and go to the move tuters house.
