How do u explain to an 8 year old her aunties new b*****s?

SERIOUS please

i dont wanna give my daughter a bad image of the womans body and make her think this is something she should ever consider

but i have to tell her something

and i know my words have to be chosen very carefully

i would love to hear from someone who has had to deal w something similar

Tell her that her auntie didn't like the way she looked, and put herself in dager to make it better, but she realized she should've liked the way she looked.

Even if you didn't you ahve to make it seem bad to her.

Unless her aunt is recovering in her presence or has said something about it, your daughter may not even notice. I'd wait for her to ask or give some sign that she is curious.  If your daughter does ask about it, just say her aunt had surgery on her b*****s.  If you have to give a reason, you might say that some adult women choose to have that kind of surgery because they think it will make them look and feel better.
