How do u feel about foreign People (e.g Muslims) in your country..??

Foreign people contribute to the development of the society they live in. Stereotyping and media hype lead society to feel that foreigners (whether Muslim or not) are bad and are somehow not contributing to society.

There are problems in all sections of society and not just within an immigration population.

Muslims contribute at the highest standard in all sections of society and industry. Whether that is in the world of finance, law, public sector, manual labour, catering etc etc.

Ignorance and arrogance are a deadly combination and people will do well to stay clear of such views and form their own based on unbiased facts.

im happy to accept people in to england, provided they accept the way we live and dont start making a scene, if they get jobs and work like us   then fantastic.........

if they dont like it then im sure they can swim home..........

i think it's a question of identity and culture, say, if a muslim from france wanted to live in the uk and fitted in with the local community, then there's nothing wrong with that, however, when groups create there own 'ghetto's' and towns, then i really don't see the point why they came here in the first place. if i wanted to live in the middle east, i doubt i'd be listening to english music, making my own butchers make me bacon for my full english breakfast, or wearing my own clothes (bikini's?) around the streets. do you?

Don't like Southern C of E's coming (I live north of the Watford Gap!)

Don't like Muslims; don't like Catholics; don't like Protestants; don't like eemmm (come on - help me here (I can't think of any other religions) well, don't like any religions

Don't like Blacks; Asians; Whites; Pinks; Greens ... come to think about it - I just don't like no-one!!!!

Depends on the person.

Why are they here?

Are they coming here legally as a highly skilled person, self-sufficient, contributing to the country, paying taxes and generally being an asset?

Welcome.

Are they coming here just to make more money than they can at home by undercutting British tradesmen and workers?  

Not Welcome

Are they coming here to sponge off our benefit system, commit crime and generally cause trouble?

Not Welcome.

Are they coming here illegally?  Are they blowing up trains and buses to push their religious agenda or protest about British involvement in Iraq?  Are they trying to force their views on us and make us beleive what they belelive?  Are they running to court every five minutes and costing the taxpayer a fortune with their silly court cases because they've been asked to remove a headscarf or not allowed time off to pray etc?  Are they marching through London with placards that say "Behead those who insult Islam"?

I work with foreigners all the time including some who are Muslims and like me, a native Brit, they are all entirely bonkers.

I had no idea we all had the same lunatic ways of doing things.  Just goes to show then, once you get past the first barrier, you quickly realise just how similar we all are, apart from the Goth outfits, ragged shorts, plastic shoes and so forth.

We have far more in common than I thought possible.

The most annoying foreigners are the Poles.  They do not know wht the word 'break' means.  I have to explain to them that here in UK we stop work for about half an hour after working for six hours - it's our legal right etc.

But seriously drives me mad when people allow to lease old pubs and change them into One Pound Shops (that happened to my fav pub in tooting broadway). Seriously,  don't mind foreigners, but let england at least look like england. And what's uo with all those no-go areas? That's just ridiculous, just like the number ofasylum seekers on benefits!!!

As long as they let us practice our own culture, and abide by our laws, they can do whatever they please.

Oh, and to the person who said they should dress as westerners - why not just let them have their culture?  They have theirs, we have ours, and they just happen to live here.  They can dress however they want.
