How do u find out your IP address?

I know its not to hard but can someone guide me to it really quick?

 I just click on 'about this mac' and it tells me everything 

For an external ip address I have always used http://www.ipchicken.com, but for your internal ip address the easiest way I have found is to download and run "HFS" and it will display your internal ip address in the bar at the top.

go to the start menu

then click on run then type cmd

then type "ipconfig /all"

then press enter
