is it the same way we do here?

like here, we fill out application forms, get a short interview, and you start on a specific day.

or u make ur own resumes and hand it in to the employer.

what about japan? do they have resumes similar to ours?

or an application form? and how does the employing processing work?

  1. Basically, it's not so different from over there.

1, You send your resume to the company by mail.

2, You take job interview if the company wants it (If not, they would not ask you to come for interview).

3, They tell you if you are hired (And not if you are not hired).

But this is not the most important job searching in Japan.

Because of our "life time employment system", the most important job searching for Japanese is done when we are in college senior (or high school senior if you don't go to college).

In this job search, we go to dozens of offices, send dozens of resumes, and take a lot of interviews. Finally, we have to decide which one to go after college, if any one of them gives us "We will hire you" answer.

  2. I think some company requires you passing your JLPT exams

  3. Yes, almost the same.

But, you need your face photo on your resumes.

And more another face photo is required.

You also have to take the entrance examination for the company and wait the result.
