You can try researching some near by agencies. Once you have some, you can send them your photo and resume (which can easily be made with the help of google), and if they are interested in you, they will contact you. You then go to an interview at the agency, and if they want to take you in as a client, then you will have to sign a contract. After, they will make you a portfolio and send it out to different casting directors and you will be sent off to audition for the directors. But be careful, there are many scams out there. Be sure that the agency never asks for any money other than the 10% commission they recieve for ever role you are hired for. Hope this helped :)
