  1. i can help.!! =)

my dancing director made us do this...

    -lie down on your stomach

-put bottoms of your feet together

-let them try and go down

-stay like that for a whilee...

it just has to do with your hip sockets...

  2. when in the butterfly position push down the left leg so that it meets the right and keep on doing that until it's the same!

  3. go in the frog position! it helps turnout so much! if you don't know what this is, its like a backwards butterfly/a butterfly behind you while you are laying on your stomach.

good luck and hope this helps!!!

  4. just force your left leg to turn out all the way and just stand there for a few minutes. or anytime you have to stand still, stand in any position that you left foot would have to turn out. (first, third, forth, or fifth)

  5. what ever you do dont force it, in the long run you will develop knee problems. what you should do it 2-3 times a day do the from position. That is when you lay on your back or stomach, then put feet together, in the butterfly position, then have someone push your legs down. it will hurt, and you may be like well what if im going to hurt myself, well your not, and in about 3 monthes your turnout should change dramatically

  6. STRECH DUH!

    hope i helped!
