How do u get music/ videos on your psp?

I tried like rhapsody, but that didnt work! how do u do it?

on my psp all i did  was connect to my computer useing a mini usb cable then i went to the folder and i made a folder called music and just put all my music into there in an mp3 format wich if thats not what its in i would suggest changing it using a program like the swith or quick media converter
