Protools is next to useless if you don't have the whole range of pro-quality studio equipment.

Don't even try it. Unless you are totally familiar with audio mastering techniques and equipment, your head will explode.

I repeat, your head WILL EXPLODE. It's not fun trying to get that out of the carpet.

Whatever you're planning to use Protools for, find something that's less intense. Trust me, there is something less intense out there. Find it. Get rid of Protools NOW before it kills your neighbor's dog.
