  1. Do 30 minutes of cardio exercises(running,jogging,cycling) everyday combined with a healthy diet.Cut down all junk food and sugary stuff.


  2. First give up the beer until you get it under control.  You can not target the fat only in the stomach area you have to lose overall bodyfat.

    Look at the ab section of the above site.  Give yourself at least 12-16 weeks with no alcohol and a good nutrition/fitness plan for results to occur.  Don't stop because the results don't happen as fast as you'd like, it will happen if you dedicate yourself to something you truly want.
