How do u get rid of a "cork" after football??

  3. you ice it, and try to limit you movment, they are the worse in footy.

  4. its best to ice it at the game as soon as you have done it but if you cant ice it at home and try not use too much movement where it is.

  5. Like a lot of the above have said iceing is good for it.  

    However I suggest that ice and heat alternatively followed by gentle stretching.

    also try and going for a swim bcoz that gets rid of the lactic acid in your leg
