How do u get the pentagon shape out of the flatbill baseball hats?

Put some kinda of weight like a textbook on the brim and it will stay flat

call me crazy, but if you're looking to get the rigidness out of a new baseball hat, try wearing it in the shower.  the wetness shrinks it up a little bit and conforms to your head.  if you sweat a lot this may not be necessary.  for newer 5750 hats this season it may not work as well because they made them more water resistant per the players' complaints.  and i don't want to be the reason you ruin a new hat, but it's worked in the past for me.  if it's an all white you may not want to do this because the ink from the inside of the hat could leak out and stain it.  if you DO try this, after you're out of the shower put a textbook on the brim of the hat so it doesn't curl up while it dries.
